Nothing adds style and a fun burst of color to any party than an ombre.....well anything, really! Decor, flowers, food and dessert can all be created to have the faded look. Here are a few pictures from Pinterest we found that would make any party just a little bit more fun! Also, here is a link with directions on how to make your own ombre cake!

July 4th is no doubt the best summer holiday. Nothing beats a backyard, good food and celebrating in red, white and blue! From summer food favorites like watermelon to burgers on the grill (or watermelon on the grill!) and fireworks to finish the night, a July 4th party is the ultimate summer get-together. Here are some invitations to get you started with your planning, along with a few decor ideas from pinterest and design sponge. Be sure to make the party simple enough so that you can enjoy it as well!

Since we didn't really have too much of a spring this year, it seems like this summer couldn't get any warmer. Lucky for us, there's just something about a cool summer cocktail that helps with the fact that its summertime in the South. Improving the Escort Card
We're constantly trying to come up with a different, new way to make the escort card display a little more exciting. So, naturally, we take to Pinterest for inspiration when we're super stumped!
Escort cards with fabric swatches for guests to match up with table linens!
Calligraphy on a sand dollar-also a good favor for guests who don't live at the beach!
Twine and a wooden post.
My personal favorite, sprinkles with names on little paper flags! The sprinkle possibilities are endless...
Earlier this year, we tied printed cards with calligraphy names throughout trees for guests to find. Don't worry, we put them in alphabetical order!
