Red Letter Events featured in Charleston Weddings Magazine!!
RLE is thrilled to share the Summer 2011 Charleston Weddings Magazine! We were 'tickled' pink to be included in the 'Three Times A Charm' dream settings shot at the lovely Hope & Union Coffee Shop. Our mission was to set a table in 'True Prep' fashion and we couldn't have done it without the collaboration of Stems and Merrymint Designs.
Thanks also to Peter Frank Edwards for capturing the beautiful table scape. Feel free to click on any of the pages below to read the full article. Happy Weekend!

Chocolate Extravaganza
When Communities In School called Red Letter Events to help with putting on the 20th Anniversary of "The Chocolate Affair!", obviously we had no problem clearing our calendar.
The gala took place on February 5th, at the Charleston Marriott Hotel, and needless to say everyone's "sweet tooth" was fulfilled by the end of the night. If you happened to miss the event, here are some pictures to get your chocolate fix going for next year.

Welcome Back!
We know its been a long time since our last post and with the new year we promise to keep you up date on all the exciting events we have been working on. So with that said, here is what Red Letter Events has been up to the past few months....
The sixth annual Roper Xavier foundations's appreciation dinner was held on January 22nd at the Charleston Place Hotel's Grand Ballroom. RLE was so honored to be a part of the year-long planning on the event with a wonderful committee of ladies!
Economist, actor, author, lawyer, writer, and university professor extraordinaire Ben Stein was the honored guest speaker of the evening. The String Angels performed during the dinner set to entertain the guest with an electric on stage performance!

{Nicole & Jared} Sweet Young Love!
High School can be hard enough to get through, but imagine having to experience it in Japan! Nicole and Jared met in school while stationed with their parents. After moving back to the states and many years of keeping in touch, they reconnected and realized their sweet young love was still strong.
Nicole and Jared shared a beautiful outdoor wedding at the ION Creek Club.
Curtains on the porch softened the outdoor porch space at the club.
The RSVP Shoppe created the wedding program fans to keep the guests cool during the July outdoor ceremony.
The turquoise vases and coral colored floral arrangements and bridesmaid bouquets, created by Branch Floral Design, tied in the wedding colors and the beautiful palette of coral, turquoise, pink and blues.
RLE found the beautiful hand-designed paper of gold mums on sea green fine paper to wrap around the low guest table centerpieces and add an additional texture to the containers.
A special sunset moment for the bride & groom on Hobcaw Creek with gorgeous photography by Marni Pictures.
A sparkler send off for the happy couple taking them into their newly married life together. Thank you for allowing Red Letter Events to be a part of your special wedding day!
