The Wedding Row-Ginny and Joe

Congrats to Ginny and Joe first of all, on their marriage, and second, for being featured on The Wedding Row!  Their ceremony and reception took place last fall at the William Aiken House.  Ginny's bridal portraits were also featured on the blog the day before!  We loved working with this couple and wish them many years of happiness!

Love at Last! {Annalisa & James}

Annalisa & James met 13 years ago and went on one of those awkward first few dates that faded out after a few misunderstandings & miscommunication. Thirteen years later, fate takes a hand as James walks 'Tibault' the dog down a street in New York City and happened upon Annalisa sitting on the front stoop of her apartment. In March, Annalisa & James were married at New York City Hall and went on a "reverse honeymoon" to Jamaica before they joined family & friends in Charleston for a "Love Ceremony"at the William Aiken House.

The Company Band played Etta James': 'At Last' as Annalisa was escorted to the courtyard ceremony by her Italian Father, Giuseppi Erba. It was Love at last as she joined James half way up the aisle starting their Love Ceremony. Friends spoke during the ceremony about the meaning of Love, Love poems and touching stories of how they've experienced & visually seen the love and affection between Annalisa & James.
It was such an honor to be included in this wonderful love ceremony,
thank you for allowing Red Letter Events to be a part of your special day!

{Emily & Kyle}

LUCKY SEVENS! I always feel lucky to be a part of a couple's wedding day and was especially thrilled to be a part of Emily & Kyle's celebration at the William Aiken House.

Emily & Kyle rolled the dice on their wedding night as guests enjoyed an alternative entertainment option...casino night. Their goal was to exceed the mundane wedding rituals and do what comes naturally with friends and family surrounding them.
Guests enjoyed an exceptional 3-course dinner from FISH, beautiful floral arrangements by Lotus Flower & wedding cake by Ashley Bakery. Thanks to the talented Alyona Semenov for capturing the moments...check out that dice action!

Unbelievable cake design by Ashley Bakery....and let me just say, the top tier of this cake was the groom's favorite combination, peanut butter and banana....the most incredible tasting cake!!

Aubergine linens looked great in this room...such a wonderful pop of color.

{Jennifer & Chris}

New York, New York! I met Jennifer & Chris on a quick visit to Charleston in the midst of their wedding planning. What a cool couple! Even Granny was rockin' it out to the 80's tunes played by DJ Nick Denito on this Hallow's eve at the William Aiken House. Floral and table designs by the sister of the bride, Sherri Timmons and awe-inspiring photography work with the talented Ashley Brokop of Ashley Brokop photography.
